Will my closet be photographed?
Unless your closet is exceptionally large or has custom cabinetry and high-end shelving, we typically skip closets to maximize time for main living areas.
Will my garage be photographed?
Generally no, unless the garage features custom-built shelving, a storm shelter, a car lifts setup, or another unique marketing element.
How long does a photo session take?
For homes under 2,000 sq ft, a standard session usually takes 30 to 60 minutes. Video services or walkthrough reels may require an additional 45 minutes on-site.
When will I receive my photos?
We guarantee fast next-day digital delivery for all standard photography packages. High-end video tours or complex editing may take up to 48 hours.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Overcast skies actually produce beautiful, even lighting with no harsh shadows. However, if extreme weather prevents aerial flights or exterior work, rescheduling is never a problem and is free of charge.
